The forms won’t open on mobile devices (iPads, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) These features help us validate the forms with our system. The application forms (the ones you need to validate) use special features and you can’t view them using your Internet browser. You can see them with your Internet browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) without using extra software. This includes computers, mobile phones and tablets.
You can view most of our PDFs on many different devices. If you’re applying at a visa application centre (VAC), they may ask you to re-fill out the form at their internet kiosks. If you’re submitting one of these forms, you need to use version 11.0.09 of Acrobat Reader to fill it out.
